If you change your mind about a car purchase prior to taking delivery of your new car, you can cancel the sale and request a full 100% refund. We will give you a full refund of all the monies you have given us for the purchase of the car including any deposits without problem or hassle. However, there are a few exclusions to this. If you have requested any special extras over and above the purchased of your new car and we have ordered and paid for these items you will be liable for these payments. (i.e. ordering a new sunroof to be fitted, a new set of alloy wheels, a new alarm system, extra mats, road fund licence... basically anything that is extra over and above the normal purchase of the car). If you have requested us to take your new car off sale for 2 or more weeks and cancel after this amount of time a £300 fee will be deductable or payable. All this is addition to your statuary rights.

Your 7 day 'take-it-and-love-it' Exchange Policy
This applies to all our Used Approved Cars (but excludes all our Trade Clearance Cars).
Our policy allows you to pay in full for your new car and take it for 7 days. If within these 7 days you are not happy with the car for whatever reason, you can bring the car back and exchange it for another car we have in physical stock. If there is a price difference between the cars being exchanged then payment for this difference will need to be made. The exchange must be made before the 7 days elapses. We aim to make the whole process as trouble and hassle free as possible for your peace of mind.
